Meet Anne Feltingoff

NCMountainLIfe.com is pleased to announce that Anne Feltingoff has joined the firm as a Listing Specialist. Anne has been an active Real Estate professional since 1998. She began her career on North Carolina's Outer Banks, specializing in the vacation home market. She and her husband, working with an island contractor, designed and built vacation rental homes in the Duck area. This experience helped her fine tune a winning formula to stage, sell and rent luxury properties.

Moving to Florida's Upper Captiva Island in 2000,she continues to help her sellers to list and market island properties. She opened her own firm in 2002, Upper Captiva Island Properties Inc. Anne continues to design and stage homes for sellers. She also works with buyers to find that perfect home or building site for their dream home. Many have become friends and neighbors.

After 3 years spent visiting friends in the Cashiers/Highlands mountains, it was time to join them in this special place. What could be better than summer in the mountains?
