Make A Solid Offer

The Home Stretch and the Final Details

• Home, termite, and radon inspections are completed upon request
• Final contract details are negotiated and agreed upon
• Obtain insurance for your new home as well as call utility companies to transfer service into your name on the closing date.
• Your attorney will order title insurance for your new home.
• Loan documents are signed
• Your attorney will handle the closing. You’ll need a cashier’s check, proof of insurance, and your driver’s license. You might prefer wiring your funds.
• Once the deed is recorded, you can pick up the keys to your new home!
