View and Approve Addendum Information

Found a home you like and you are not in North Carolina?  You want to make an offer but you would like to see it first.  A new form solves your problem. The View and Approve Addendum lets you immediately  write a contract on a home.  You then have 14 days (or an agreed upon time between you and the seller) to come to the mountain a check it out.  If you like the home, the contract becomes effective and you follow through with the purchase.  If the home does not meet your approval, any earnest money is refunded and the contract is no longer valid.  It is that simple!

This is a great addendum which allows you time to get travel plans in order but yet lets you have a contract in place so that no one else can buy the home until you have checked it out.
